I hereby accept that I am personally liable for the cost of any loss/damage, or items deemed to be missing or expense incurred by me or any persons who shared or visited my accommodation. Also for any refunds due to other guests due to noise disturbance from my accommodation. Smoking is not permitted in any rooms. If cigarette smoke is detected, then a minimum fee of one night's accommodation will be incurred in addition to the room charge.

Our office is open 9.00am – 5.00pm Monday - Saturday and 9.00am -4.00pm Sunday if you are arriving out side of these hours please contact us for After Hours key pick up details and ensure funds for any outstanding amounts are available on the credit card provided .
Payment Policy
Payment for reservations will be taken at time of booking.
If part payment has been made any outstanding amounts will be charged on arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Low Season - Reservations cancelled within 48 hours prior to your arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the full accommodation tariff.
High Season, Public Holidays & Long Weekends, Special Event Dates - Reservations cancelled within 14 days prior to your arrival date - the Resort reserves the right to impose the full amount of the accommodation tariff for cancellations or no-shows.
Booking.com and Expedia cancellation policy is 7 days prior to arrival. Unless otherwise stated by Expedia or Booking.com
