Terms & Conditions

All reservations, bookings and enquiries made via email or phone or via our website or a 3rd party are deemed correct as per the email confirmation sent at the time of reservation. All changes after this time must be confirmed with the party it was booked with or cannot be guaranteed by the accommodation.

Our CHECK-IN time is from 2.30 pm Our CHECK-OUT time is no later than 10.00 am Alternative times can be requested at reception, subject to the accommodation status on the day. Please note that additional charges may apply.

AGE Restrictions - All bookings must be made by a person 18+ years of age. Payment must be made in full and proof of ID may be required on arrival. Infants (0-2 years of age) are free of charge. Cots and highchairs are available on request prior to arrival. These items are complimentary.
Children up to age of 6 years old are permitted to share the existing bedding with the adults. All other children from age 7 are considered the same as adults in terms of the maximum person count per apartment. Additional bedding is available at $30 pp per night.

All guests must adhere to Margarets Forest Holiday Apartments' policies and provide a Credit Card or other form of guarantee on booking. The guest hereby consents to authorise management to debit their Credit Card to recover any costs or outstanding charges that may have resulted from their stay.

All Apartments are NON-SMOKING. If any smoke damage/smell or other malicious damage is found on departure, a min $100 fee will be deducted from the credit card on record, which was placed in guarantee against the apartment at time of Check-In.

KEYS - Please return all keys and other borrowed items from reception to the front desk on departure. Lost keys will attract a $200 fee. Security is the guest responsibility. Margarets Forest Holiday Apartments are not responsible for any losses or theft. Please lock all doors with security foot locks where available.

Payment Policy

All prices are quoted in Australian dollars on a per night basis and includes GST (10%). All accounts must be settled with Margarets Forest in Australian Dollars.

All Reservations made online must be accompanied by valid Credit Card details which will be debited the full amount on booking. Please note that the description on the charge may appear as Woodyche Rise Pty Ltd.

The Price advertised could vary from the priced charged to the Credit Card account based on exchange rate fluctuations. As we are based in Australia, your purchase in Australian Dollars is being charged and converted at the exchange rate on the day payment is processed.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to arrival to be eligible for a full refund during Low Season.

Cancellations within 48 hours of stay including early departures are non-refundable.

Cancellations during High Season Periods (Easter/Christmas) require Notice and Payment in Full 28 days prior to arrival.
