Terms & Conditions
By making a reservation you are deemed to have accepted all of the following terms and conditions on behalf of the booked party.

Booking
• Prices shown are per room per night for the number of persons and dates selected. Additional guests where permitted, will be charged an
additional nightly charge.
• All rates quoted are valid at the time of booking or inquiry only. Rates are dynamic and subject to change on a regular basis..
• The booker should refer to the ‘Cancellation Policy’ on the booking page for full details on cancellation dates and applicable charges.
• The rates cannot be amended once bookings are confirmed and specials cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Payment
• All reservations are subject to payment in full at the time of checking in.

General
• You will receive a confirmation email once your booking is complete and the onus is on the guest to check that the details are correct.
• Check in time is 14 00 and check out at 10 00. Early check-in and late check-out are at the discretion of the property and must be requested on
the day applicable. There will be no refund for early check-out and a late check-out fee may apply if a property is not vacated prior to agreed
check-out time.
• All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. The hotel reserves the right to refuse bookings where there is not a
registered guardian accompanying minors.
• Bouvard Marina Holdings accepts no responsibility or liability for guests’ personal belongings or motor vehicles.
• Whilst the utmost care is taken to ensure that the description of facilities and services is accurate these are continually being changed,
therefore if a particular feature is essential to a guest’s stay please confirm with the property at the time of booking.
• Provision of complimentary cots and highchairs is on an availability basis. This should be arranged with the property directly prior to arrival.
• All of the chalets are self-contained with full kitchen and laundry facilities. As a result the chalets will not be serviced until your day of departure,
however we will undertake a mini service once per week and a full service is charged at $70.00 if requested. Linen and bath towels are provided.
• The apartments are all non-smoking and no pets are allowed.
• For arrivals after 1630 guests must contact reception during office hours to obtain arrival instructions and the code to collect their keys. On
departure keys can be deposited in the key return box located in the arcade adjacent to SW Boat Sales office or dropped off at the office.
• There is complimentary car parking for one vehicle per unit. Other vehicles can make use of the free public car park on a first come first serve
basis.
• Free Wi-Fi is provided.

Damages / Breakages
• Any damage or breakages whether in the accommodation unit or common property must be reported at the earliest convenience and before
departure. Guests are responsible for full payment of any damages and breakages and if there is any unreported damage or breakage in your
chalet a fee will be applied to your credit card/bond to cover the cost of repair or replacement.

Noise
• As a courtesy to our other guests no excessive noise will be permitted after 10.00pm.

Chalet Contents
• All chalets are equipped with an iron and ironing board, TV and DVD, kitchen facilities including, microwave and fridge/freezer. All chalets are
individually furnished and have their own crockery and cutlery. If any of these items are moved between villas we ask that they are returned before
departure.

School Leavers Policy
• We do not accept bookings where all guests are under the age of 18 years.
• We do not accept ‘Schoolies’ bookings. We do not have the policies, procedures or resources to accommodate the unique needs of school
leavers during the annual Schoolies Period. In particular we do not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee
the safety, comfort and convenience of our guests during this period. For this reason we reserve the right to reject bookings from school and/or
university leavers at any time of the year

Payment Policy

100% of the fee on checking in.

Cancellation Policy

More than 7 days notice - full refund.
Less than 7 days - 50% of stay.
