Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy
A deposit of the first night's tariff is required to secure the booking and the balance of monies is due and payable 14 days prior to your stay.
Cancellation Policy
A deposit equal the first night’s tariff or 50% of the total tariff, whichever is the greater, is required to confirm a reservation. In the event of cancellation before 30 days prior to the date of arrival then the full deposit will be refunded. In the event of cancellation within 30 days of the date of arrival then deposits will be refunded only if the Villa is let to another guest for the booked period. We regret that no refunds can be made for early departures. We strongly advise guests to take out travel insurance to cover loss of deposits in the event of cancellation.
