Terms & Conditions
~ Any loss or damage to the property and it's contents during your stay is to be paid for.
~ No claims will be made against Maryborough City Motel or the owner for damages or loss to your goods or valuables during your occupancy of the room.
~ To leave the room in a clean/tidy state and to pay additional cleaning fees if it is not left in a clean/tidy state.
~ Guest to pay a deodorise fee of $200 if smoke is detected within the room.
~ Guest to acknowledge a credit card surcharge is applicable ( mastercard / visa 1.6% )
~ Guest agrees to full settlement and any outstanding charges of their account upon check in or upon checkout.
~ There is a zero tolerance policy on parties being held in rooms or within motel grounds. A party is defined as: Any situation where the maximum number of guests allowed per room is exceeded. Any situation where the noise level from the room is deemed too high, thereby disturbing other motel guests and/or the motel residents. Any situation whereby excessive traffic to/from room is identified. Any situation where it is deemed that excessive intoxication is occurring or that excessive alcohol is present.
~ In the event that any room/guest is identified as having a party, Maryborough City Motel management reserves the right to request all occupants of the room, including the registered guest to vacate the premises immediately.
~ In the event that an eviction does occur, the registered guest will forfeit the tariff paid and any expenses resulting from additional cleaning, damage and repairs to the room or property grounds and if an out sourced security company is called to assist in the eviction - a fee may be payable ( $200)
~ The physical or verbal abuse assualt /abuse on the motel staff, other guests, room residents, members of the public on motel premises or any incident for which the police are required to attend, may also result in eviction.
Payment Policy
Full payment either on check in or on check out.
Cancellation Policy
A fee of 50% of the total cost will be charged for cancellation that is within 24 hours of check in.
