Come and enjoy the views and river activities at Matt's River Rest. Bring your own boat, ski and swim from your own private beach lawn area. Get together with family and friends for a catch up, relax and a wind down. A great open plan living home with 3 bedrooms that can sleep up to 8 people with 3 queen beds and 1 bunk bed. Enjoy sitting out on the large entertaining deck, fire up the bbq and enjoy a drink or two.

BOOKINGS
A booking must be accompanied with a valid credit card. Credit cards accepted are Visa, Master Card and American Express.
Check in /Check out
Check in from 2 pm on the date of arrival. Check out before10 am Monday – Friday. Check out Saturday – Sunday 11.00 am on date of departure. We will try to assist if you need time outside of the stated times, depending on bookings and servicing of the house. If booking for a weekend Friday and Saturday nights a late checkout on Sunday is available at no extra cost.
The house has a no smoking inside policy. No pets allowed. Guest towels not to be used for swimming.
Payment Policy
A deposit of 50% for your accommodation is required at the time of the booking. The balance of payment for the stay must be made 30 days prior to arrival.
All payments made by credit card (visa/mastercard) will incur a 2.5% surcharge.
Payments can be made by direct debit, please email receipt of payment to info@washpoolretreat.com for conformation of your booking.
