$20 Key deposit required from each guest upon check-in.
General hostel rules and etiquette to be followed during your entire stay at Mission Beach Retreat .
Once you receive a confirmation email from us regarding your booking, please reply with your arrival time.
Late check-in and Late bus shuttle service to be arranged and confirmed in advance.
Mission Beach Retreat reserves the right to refuse service and not supply accommodation in necessary circumstances.
Payment Policy
Please call in advance to pay the remaining balance of your booking if arriving by late bus or requiring a late check-in.
Cancellation Policy
48 Hour Cancellation Policy on all Accommodation Bookings. Please call or email hostel directly, 48 hours before Arrival Date to change or cancel bookings. If you have booked using a third-party site (hostelworld.com or booking.com) please log back into your booking and cancel directly from their website.
Any Pre-Booked Tours are subject to the cancellation terms set by the tour company themselves.
