Hunter Oasis
Located within an easy drive to Morpeth and Maitland - Enjoy a resort style property at the afforability of a motel. We are a great option when looking to stay in the lower hunter valley.
FREE WIFI and FREE GUEST LAUNDRY. Close to restaurants, shops and bars we are an ideal location when travelling for work or on holiday.
Set on 4.5 acres and surrounded by lush gardens and landscapes - we also offer 5 tennis courts, outdoor fitness centre, inground pool, bbq and commercial kitchen facilities.
We also have ample offstreet parking for cars, trucks, trailers and larger vehicles.
Hunter Oasis is part of the Hunter Tennis Resort, which also incorporates Raworth Tennis Centre, close to the scenic tourist village port of Morpeth NSW.
The property is less than 2 hours easy drive from Sydney and within 30 minutes of Newcastle Airport. Maitland town centre is only minutes away.
Hunter Oasis is a 9 motel accommodation built in 2006 with a separate common room/kitchen facility.
New Villa's built in 2018 with the choice of 7 x 2 bedroom villa's or 1 x luxury villa. And a 5 bedroom residence which can sleep up to 13 people.
The property has a capacity of 72 visitors on Group bookings.
Morpeth is considered to be the hub of the Hunter with the beautiful beaches and waterways in one direction and the famous Hunter Valley Vineyards and tourist attractions in the other.
Come and relax in the peaceful surrounds of Hunter Oasis have a game of tennis, soccer or cricket or just sip a cool drink by the pool or even enjoy a BBQ with your family or friends. Guests are able to be fully self-sufficient by using the on-site kitchen/communal area at one end of the Motel. This has a fridge/freezer, oven, microwave and much more to make your stay as easy as possible. Alternatively Morpeth is a short 20 minute walk away, or just a couple of minutes in the car. There you can enjoy looking at the interesting stalls, immersing yourself in the history of the town, or just relax with a coffee and enjoy the views across the historic Morpeth Bridge, or enjoy a drink and meal at one of the many cafes and restaurants. There is ample free parking for the Motel, with over 45 spaces on-site for use by our guests.

Terms & Conditions
1. Check-in time is from 14:00 until 20:00, an early or late check-in is to be pre-arranged with the Motel when payment in advance will be required and the key will be arranged to be left out for you.
2. Checkout time is until 10:00.
3. The guest acknowledges joint and several liabilities for all services rendered until full settlement of bills.
4. Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to Hunter Oasis caused by themselves, their friends or any person for whom they are responsible.
5. Motel Management is not responsible for your personal belongings and valuables like money, jewellery or any other valuables left by guests in the rooms or vehicles.
6. Complimentary safe deposit available in reception and some rooms.
7. Regardless of charge instructions, I acknowledge that I am personally liable for the payment of all charges incurred by me during my stay at Hunter Oasis including any outstanding extras, lost of key cards will be charged to credit card supplied at time of reservation.

Payment Policy
All direct reservations need to be secured with a valid credit card number.
Payment in full is required on arrival at the Motel, Photo ID is also required upon check in and COVID 19 vaccination or exemption paperwork. Unless you have booked online and you have chosen a non refundable rate then payment is taken at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations of 4 rooms or less must be made by 12pm - 24 hours prior to your arrival date.
Cancellations of 4 rooms or more and the residence (5 bedroom house) must be made by 12pm – 1 week prior to your arrival date
Inside this window, if you cancel or no show 1 nights fee will be charged.
If you have booked online with a promo accommodation special where all nights are non refundable then this supersedes above cancellation policy.
Check-in is from 2pm-8pm, and check-out up to 10.00am. Arrivals prior to these times may incur an additional fee, outside these times you must contact the property during office hours regarding key and access details.
