RECEPTION
Reception hours are from 8am to 8pm. Check in time is from 1.00pm until 8pm. Check out time is by 10am.
PLEASE NOTE If you wish to arrive after 8pm you need to contact us directly PRIOR to making your booking.
NO SMOKING
All rooms are strictly "NON SMOKING". Smoking is prohibited outside of rooms also. Smokers will need to smoke outside down near the bbq table away from other rooms. Any evidence of smoking in or near rooms will be subject to a fine of $250.
SORRY NO PETS
Under no circumstances are pets allowed in the units or on motel property. Guide dogs are accepted.
PARKING
There is strictly one car space per room.
CHILDREN
All children (a person under 16 years of age) must be accompanied by an adult and must be supervised by an adult at all times.
BOND
There will be a $100 bond taken upon check-in for any loss or damage to the room or equipment in the room during period of stay. This will be refunded upon inspection of the room.
Payment Policy
We accept most cards except for Diners Club. Full payment for room must be made prior to check in.
We do not accept cheques.
Cancellation Policy
Within 24 hours of arrival - no refund.
Within 7 days of arrival - 50% of deposit.
Prior to 7 days of arrival - $20 admin fee.
