Hotel Etico at Mount Victoria Manor is the place where holidays create opportunities.
Hotel Etico at Mount Victoria Manor will be Australia's first social enterprise hotel - which means its purpose is to deliver a fantastic holiday experience to guests that powers a program providing work, training and live-in opportunities to people with intellectual disabilities, enabling them to transition to open employment and become more independent.
Hotel Etico is also home to Niccolo's Restaurant and Bar. We welcome guests and the public and offer a menu of authentic Italian cuisine guaranteed to delight diners. Open Thursday to Sunday 4pm to 9pm.

Twin Share, Queen Bedrooms, Family Rooms. All rooms have ensuite bathrooms.

Hotel Etico has in place a strict Covid-19 Safe Plan. All guests are required to have and show proof of full vaccination prior to entering the premises.
From the 15th December 2021 unvaccinated people are able to attend hospitality venues but due to concerns about staff and customer exposure to Covid-19 the Hotel will continue to only allow vaccinated adults on site. This requirement will continue to be widely publicised with vaccination status confirmation by customers being necessary to make a booking. The requirement will also be reviewed regularly in line with the current Covid-19 situation in NSW.
No smoking in any rooms. Smoking in rooms will incur a $150 cleaning fee
No pets allowed except for service animals.
Check-In time from 2pm
Check-Out time is 10am
Continental Breakfast is included in the room rate.
Payment Policy
The full booking amount will be taken 48 hours prior to check-in.
Visa, Mastercard, EFTPOS, internet banking transfers or cash may be used for bookings.
Visa and Mastercard attract a 1.5% credit card fee
No surcharge will apply to payments using EFTPOS, internet banking transfers or cash.
Payments via bank transfer must be received in our account prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made with more than 48 hours notice incur no charge.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee equal to the first night’s tariff of each room booked.
No shows will incur a cancellation fee equal to the first night charge.
Public Holidays and Special Event Bookings:
Full payment for bookings during public holidays and special events will be taken at the time of booking.
Cancellations made with more than 48 hours notice incur no charge and the pre-payment will be refunded in full.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee equal to the first night charge.
Group bookings:
Groups are defined as four rooms or more:
Cancellations made with more than 7 days notice incur no charge.
Cancellations made with less than 7 days notice will incur a cancellation fee equal to the complete booking tariff of each room booked.
