Please note a 20% deposit is required to secure your booking. The outstanding must be paid 30 days before arrival.
Credit card fees of 4.5% apply on each transaction and will be charged. Additional bank fees may apply for bank transfers.

Check-In / Check-Out
Normal Check-In time 2:00pm and Check-Out time is 10:00am. However this is Raro and flights come in early and leave late, we can be flexable where possible please let us know your requirements as soon as possible and we will see what can be arranged.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation advice must be received via email to: bookings@murivistavillas.com
-Cancellations made 60 days or more from arrival will be charged the deposit amount plus any processing fees
-Cancellations made within 59 days of arrival will be charged the full amount of the stay plus any processing fees minus any nights resold
-No shows and early departure will be charged full amount plus any processing fees
As unforeseen circumstances can require cancellations/amendments to be made, we recommend that guests arrange a suitable degree of travel insurance.
