To help stop the spread of Covid19, and ultimately save lives, please stay home if you are feeling unwell or believe you have come into contact with someone with Corona Virus.
There are 3 Murtoa Cabins, one 1 bedroom cabin ( x1 Queen bed) and 2 two bedroom cabins (x1 Queen and x1 set of bunks Double bed and single). All linen for existing beds is supplied .
Each cabin has their own private deck to sit out on and take in the splendour of lake Marma. Kitchenette is equipped with a Microwave, Toaster and Kettle.
Within close proximity to our property there is a laundry (in the Murtoa caravan park), and also BBQ facilities, a children’s playground, tennis courts, and the local swimming pool ( open only in the summer months).
NOTE our kitchenette includes a microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge. A BBQ is located on the deck of each cabin.

Terms & Conditions
Murtoa Cabins are all NO SMOKING and PET FREE.
Check out is 10am.
Any theft or damage to property will be charged to the occupants of the cabin.
In cabins 2 and 3, the second room in the cabin is at a additional cost $20 for the first night and $10 for nights thereafter, per person. NOTE - linen will be charged for these rooms if used when no additional persons paid for.
Payment Policy
We require a 10% ( non refundable) deposit within 24 hours of booking a cabin.
Full payment is to be made 4 weeks before stay.
Cancellation Policy
On booking a 10% non refundable deposit will be paid.
If a cancellation occurs 4weeks prior to the booking it’s free of charge if not within this time frame you will incur a one night penalty policy, charging the equivalent of a one night stay at the Murtoa Cabins.
