Mystwood has four luxurious one bedroom retreats and a two bedroom retreat. All are fully self-contained, with relaxing outdoor spas. Full kitchens, log fires, spacious verandahs with hooded BBQ's, R/C A/C, king size beds, telephone, LCD TV's, DVD players. Mystwood is set on 135 acres acres of rolling valleys, pristine bush and has its own private dam. Perfect for bush walkers, nature lovers or urban escapees. Close to historic Wollombi village, the famous Wollombi Tavern, cafes and wine trail. Handy to Yengo and Watagan National Parks. Book 2 nights on a weekend stay the third night free of charge. Mystwood has a 2 paid night minimum stay on weekends and a 3 paid night minimum on long weekends.

Terms & Conditions
Cancellation policy/terms and conditions
Confirmation of booking requires minimum 50% deposit. Cancellation within 28 days will forfeit half of the deposit. Cancellation within 7 days will result in the total booking being charged.
One night stay when available incurs a $50 surcharge. Check in from 2pm, check out is 10am. Late checkout available if availability permits with prior arrangement. Addition of extra beds to retreats $100 per bed for stay.
All internal areas are smoke free. Smoking is permitted on the verandahs. Please note that we are in a bush fire area and caution should be taken when smoking outdoors. Sorry but we do not allow pets.
Misuse of spas will incur additional cleaning charge of $200 plus costs of repair /replacement of any damage to equipment related to the misuse.
Damage to BBQ’s, spa covers, carpets, linen and furniture will also incur repairs costs to the guest responsible for the damage.
Two night minimum stay required on weekends.
Three night minimum paid stay required on all long weekends.
Payment Policy
50% deposit required when booking.
Cancellation Policy
