Check in time in between 2pm - 8pm.
Please notify us if check in is required outside of these hours.
Check out time is 11am.
Late check out available upon request if available. Please enquire if required.
STRICTLY NO PETS ALLOWED.
Lighting of outdoor fire is permitted in allocated area, only during non fire ban periods.
Guests will need to provide own wood supply.
Motorised recreation vehicles are not permitted to be used on the property. (eg. mini bikes, motorised scooters, etc)
Due to proximity to lake, young children are to be fully supervised at all times during their stay at the property.
While all care is taken to ensure you have a safe and pleasurable stay, we do not take responsibility for any loss or injury.
Additional $100/room charge will apply if additional cleaning of room is required.
Please advise during your stay or at departure if accidental damages or breakages have occurred, to enable us to provide a consistent service for all guests.
NOISE & SOCIAL BEHAVIOUR
Please be respectful of other guests and neighbouring residents.
Loud music and noise is not to permitted after 11pm .
Guests are also reminded that obscene language and drunken behaviour will not be tolerated and booking can be terminated at any time during your stay if policies are not respected.

Balance of booking to be paid 7 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy
Bookings are permitted to be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days prior to date of check in. Please allow 7 days for refund.
Bookings cancelled Less than 14 days and more than 7 days prior to check in will incur 50% charge of total room/s rate.
Bookings less than 7 days prior to check in will be charged the full room rate.
Special circumstances will be taken into consideration. Please contact us if required.
