1. Any purchase made through the website, bookings have to be made in advance at least 7 days.
2. Your reservation might be on a request basis and final confirmation will be communicated to you as soon as possible.
3. For booking made less than 7 days prior to arrival, please submit your credit card details in order to guarantee your reservation. If no credit card details provided, booking will not be processed.
- Once booking is confirmed, we will automatic charge from your credit card details provided for total amount.
- If booking is not confirm, there will be no charge on your credit card for the processing fee at all
4. Arrival flight details and information are compulsory to secure the confirmed room reservations, as certain hotels will not entertain booking request otherwise, especially during peak seasons.
5. Once booking is reconfirm and payment is made, we will not accept name amendment.
Payment Policy
Full prepayment is required either by credit card (Visa, Master, JCB, Amex)
Upon clearance of payment, hotel voucher will be issued and sent to you by email. Please print out a voucher and hand it over to hotel counter upon check-in.
Cancellation Policy
If you have to cancel, amendment or no show, for whatever reason, one night room rate or whole duration booked in peak season as penalty will be charged after booking is reconfirm. Details of such conditions will be advised at the time of booking
The cancellation deadlines may also vary in certain destinations, depending on seasonality, hotel
policy and prevailing conditions, such conditions will be communicated to you in advance, prior to acceptance of any booking confirmation.
