This suite features a king bed and large ensuite with a luxurious two-person spa. The room opens via French doors to a large private verandah with outdoor seating overlooking the gardens. The room features tea/coffee making facilities, fridge, microwave, LCD TV, and iPhone/iPod dock. Electric blankets are provided for those cooler nights along with split-system air conditioning for your personal comfort. In the ensuite an array of quality toiletries are provided, together with hair dryer, bathrobes and towels.
Breakfast is not served at the property and is not included in your room rate.
The famous Dunsborough café strip is located only 900M away from our grounds and our guests are enjoying having their breakfast there daily.

This suite is extremely large and very private, occupying exclusively the upstairs portion of Newberry Manor. It features its own lounge area and kitchenette with bar fridge, and microwave as well as tea and coffee making facilities, LCD/TV, DVD/VCR. This suite boasts a king-size bed with fresh quality linen, and is complete with large ensuite including a two-person spa and separate shower. An array of quality toiletries are provided, together with hair dryer, bathrobes and towels. This room opens via French doors to a large private balcony overlooking the gardens. The suite has split system air conditioning, a ceiling fan and electric blanket for those cooler nights.

Marchant Suite Book
This spacious suite has a king bed and large ensuite with bath and separate shower, quality toiletries, hair dryer, bathrobes and towels provided. The room includes tea/coffee making facilities, fridge, microwave, LCD TV and DVD player, as well as individually controllable split system air conditioning and electric blankets. This room can also cater for disabled guests (access ramp for wheel chair, open shower cubicle to allow easier access, and wider doors).

Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy
50% of the total booking value, including any 'extras' ordered, will be charged at the time of booking. The remainder will be due on check out.
Alternatively, if the stay is cancelled within 7 days of the proposed arrival the remainder will be charged at time of cancellation.
Any amends, other than cancellation, made to a reservation after the initial booking will incur a $70 administration fee, payable upon check out.
We do NOT apply a surcharge for credit card payments.
Cancellation Policy
As a boutique business we can be greatly affected by cancellations. The following policy applies for cancellations made in advance of the proposed arrival date, with a reduced penalty for customers able to advise further in advance of the necessity to cancel.
Bookings made through Booking.com or Expedia are non - refundable
For Bookings made directly with us (using our website or by phone):
15+ days: a $70 administration fee applies and any deposit over and above this amount will be refunded to the customer.
8-14 days: 50% of the total booking value will be forfeited by the customer.
0-7 days: 100% of the total booking value will be forfeited by the customer.
Where a customer fails to arrive for a booking or a stay is cut short, the customer also forfeits 100% of the total booking value.
