PLEASE READ TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE BOOKING.
UPON BOOKING, YOU ARE DEEMED TO HAVE AGREED TO THE BELOW TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
All indoor areas including rooms and cottages are non smoking and non cooking, additional cleaning fees will be charged if this condition is not complied with. Further, additional cleaning fees will be charged if rooms and cottages are not left respectfully.
A communal BBQ facility is available when the restaurant is closed - bookings for this facility are essential and fees do apply.
No pets are allowed.
Nimbo Fork is unable to accommodate children under 16 years of age.
Each accommodation sleeps a maximum of two guests in each room.
Parties and functions require prior approval at the time of booking and special conditions will apply including extra charges. Guests remain responsible for the persons attending, no disturbance of neighbours, no undue noise, silence when entering and leaving the premises, no behaviour likely to cause damage to property or offence or embarrassment to others.
All outdoor noise is to cease by 11pm.

Master Card, Visa and Amex attract a 1% surcharge.
Check in time is from 2pm and check out time is 10am, late check out may be arranged subject to availability but may attract an additional charge.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to arrival date will not be charged a cancellation fee.
If a booking is cancelled between 7 days and 72 hours before your arrival - 50% of your accommodation will be charged.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of your arrival will be charged the full room rate.
In the case of a 'no show', the full amount of your accommodation will be charged.
*Group reservations require at least 3 weeks notice for a cancellation with no fee.
