Property Information
Ningaloo Bed and Breakfast
Ningaloo Bed and Breakfast lies on one hectare(2.5 acres) of land, situated 6 kilometres south of Exmouth. This area has been listed as a World Heritage Area. It has been built with a 6 star rating for energy efficiency and we generate our own electricity.

Accommodation Details
Ningaloo Bed and Breakfast Book
Each room has French doors opening onto the verandah. Every room has its own ensuite. All rooms have air conditioning, queen sized beds and are generously proportioned, each room also has it's own key for both internal and external doors for privacy. One room is wheelchair friendly. Terms & Conditions
This property has a no smoking policy, however smoking is allowed on the verandah and outside the house. No pets allowed. Please note we do have a television in the shared lounge but not in your room. Due to changes made this property is NOT suitable for children under the age of 10. Please note: Any guests arriving with unannounced children will be turned away and the full tariff will be charged.
As a temporary measure bookings from people outside of Western Australia will be charged a non refundable ( but deferrable within twelve months) one night charge per room if a booking is cancelled due to border closures. For Western Australian guests, if regional borders close again a full refund will be available.
Payment Policy
One night charge as a deposit to secure the room. Balance to be paid on arrival or before. We accept Mastercard, Visa, direct deposit and cash. We also take American Express cards but we have a 3% surcharge on top.
Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation received within 28 days prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Any cancellation or modification received within 14 days prior to arrival date will incur the full period charge. Failure to arrive will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given (Hotel policy).
Any guest arriving with unannounced children will be turned away and the full tariff will be charge.
