We are a small business and cancellations greatly affect us. To enable us to keep our prices down and at an accessible level, it is fair and equitable that a cancellation policy applies as follows: Once you have arrived, no refunds are available if you decide to shorten your stay. Bookings are transferable up to 14 days prior to arrival upon mutual agreement. In the case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. With relation to Covid & lockdowns, we of course offer a full refund or the option to move your booking to another date.
