The family owned and managed Motel has recently been renovated/refurbished. With our Garden and BBQ Area created by Award winning Landscape designer. The Garden will set an ambient tranquil space for relaxing and lazing by the pool.
The Blue Heron Boutique Motel offers travellers many rooms of ambient style. These rooms have been designed with you in mind to create a relaxed beachside vibe reminiscent of times gone by. All rooms are on the Ground Floor. At Blue Heron you will experience warm and welcoming managers and accommodation that is comfortable, clean, quiet and safe right in the heart of Mermaid Beach.
Blue Heron Boutique Motel is conveniently located on the Beach side of the Gold Coast Highway, in Mermaid Beach. We are 200 m walk to the Beach. Relax on our beautiful beach: recharge your batteries.
Our Motel is situated between Surfers Paradise and Burleigh Heads. Blue Heron Boutique Motel is a top destination for leisure and business travellers. Walk to the end of the street for a true beach experience or take one of the vintage bicycles along the boardwalk to the cafes, restaurants and shops in Mermaid Beach.
The Public Transport Buses transport the guests to Broadbeach, Surfers Paradise or Burleigh Heads. Check out the many festivals along the Broadbeach. Fresh Food and Art Markets run every weekend all along the Gold Coast. Our professional, helpful and friendly staff will assist you in choosing tours ensuring your stay in Gold Coast is enjoyable and memorable or can assist you with car hire.

With your signature you declare and agree to the following:
Standard check-out time is from 8am-10am. You are responsible for the conduct and all charges relating to booked guests in your room. Any damage made by any occupants in your room or within the property will be your responsibility and may be charged to your credit account or taken from your security deposit. You must notify reception if you have additional guests that are not booked in upon arrival (guests are limited by room capacity and subject to extra charges). The loss of a room key will incur a $70 replacement charge. Smoking within the property or inside the rooms is NOT PERMITTED and a deodorising fee of $200 will apply in such cases. All guests are required to keep and leave the room in a good condition - rooms left in an unreasonable state (excess rubbish, significant spillages, etc.) will incur an extra cleaning fee of $75. Pool and BBQ area opening Hours and rules have to be followed, for more information please contact our front-desk team.
You have been presented with a copy of the complete House Rules and agree to abide by then.
A copy of the House rules is also available inside each room and online at blueheronmotel.com.au/legals/house-rules and if you disagree with any condition therein you must notify reception promptly.

Prepayment: You'll be charged the full price of your booking after reservation.
All bookings MUST be paid in full prior to handing over of keys.

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. You'll be charged the total price if you cancel in the 7 days before arrival. If you don’t show up you will be charged the total price.
Please note that specific cancellation policy applies for bookings made through external/online booking channels and/or during special Dates/High Season Periods such as: Easter, Gold Coast Marathon, Christmas, New Year's and January are non-refundable.
