Terms & Conditions

Oceanic Sorrento apartments has the health and wellbeing of our guests, staff and community as our top priority. All staff are required to be fully
vaccinated, and all guests from the age of 16, or 12 years and over, from 19 Nov 2021, must also be fully vaccinated in order to stay at the apartments.
Proof of vaccination status must be provided on check-in. Any guest or visitor, who not is double doused, or does not hold a medical exemption,
will be denied access and prevented from staying at the apartments. Please CANCEL your booking if you cannot meet these requirements,

There is a minimum stay of 2 nights for any apartment booking.

Cancellation is free of charge up until 48 hours prior to arrival, except in peak season or on some special offers that may run from time to time

Please check at time of booking and on your confirmation as some apartments and packages may vary.

48hr cancellation Policy – if the booking is cancelled within this period the guest will be charged the 1st night stay

Full refund of booking fee should a Covid19 restriction or lockdown event occur, emergency , and/or notice of a situational crisis leads to the cancellation of the booking. A pro rata refund will apply if the event occurs during your stay.

No cancellations between 20th of December – 10th of January. Bookings made for this time period are NON-REFUNDABLE (except if Covid-19
restrictions apply or other notice of a situational crisis).

Peak season is 20 December to 10 January, Labour Day Weekend, Easter Weekend, Queens Birthday Weekend & Melbourne Cup Weekend. A minimum stay of 2 or 3 nights may apply on these dates.

• Check-in – 2 pm.
• Checkout – 10 am.
• Self check-in anytime from 2.00 pm There is no on-site reception
• For bookings over Easter and Christmas periods, no check-out is available on Easter Sunday, Christmas Day or New Year's Day.

For the comfort of all guests:
• The number of people staying must not exceed the booked guest numbers
• No excess alcohol
• No excess traffic
• No excess noise

Registered guests and all other occupants who do not abide by these policies will be requested to leave. Registered guests will be responsible for all or any costs including forfeited accommodation costs.

No pets allowed with the exception of registered assistance dogs.
