Mansfield area
Off Mountain Accommodation caters for visitors to the Mansfield and Merrijig area. There are a number of short term holiday accommodation options including 1 and 2 bedroom apartments and motel style rooms at Delatite Apartments Merrijig plus a 2 bedroom apartment, The Cottage, in Barwite. All accommodation is self contained and self catering. When you visit the Merrijig/Mansfield/Mt Buller area, you can’t go past Off Mountain Accommodation when you are looking for somewhere to stay. Quality, modern, affordable holiday accommodation that is available all year round. Winter, summer, autumn or spring, there’s always something exciting do do in the High Country. Alternatively you can simply relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery, play a round of golf or go for a bush walk.

The Cottage
The Cottage Book
The Cottage is a gorgeous stone and mud brick two bedroom ‘yurt’ shaped (round) cottage. It is completely self-contained and is located on a privately owned, 10 acre property, that is only a 15 minute drive from the heart of Mansfield and an approx 45 minute drive to the car parking areas on Mt Buller.
The Cottage offers affordable, modern, quality accommodation for up to 4 people. Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed. Bedroom 2 has two single beds. The bathroom is adjacent to both bedrooms. There is an open plan living/dining room with TV/DVD/stereo and a slow combustion wood heater. The kitchen has everything you need with gas cooktop and microwave oven cooking facilities. Reverse cycle air-conditioning. Quality linen/towels etc. There is a pretty, private garden with a Webber BBQ, outdoor setting and stunning views over the surrounding valleys to the mountain ranges. Off street car parking. Full breakfast supplies are provided.
The Cottage is situated in a lovely garden setting and there is a dam with a jetty and seating area. Guests are welcome to wander around the entire property. Meet Chablis the Labrador and Jemima the duck, the chooks and out in the paddocks you will see kangaroos and other wildlife.
This is a really special place where you can relax and enjoy a special time as a couple, with a couple of friends or as family.

By special arrangement payment will be accepted by direct deposit.
An initial deposit of 50% is required upon confirming reservation. Balance 30 days prior to arrival.
Surcharge may apply at Christmas/New Year/Easter and long weekends.
Midweek — Sunday-Thursday.
Weekend — Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday.
Cleaning fees apply to rooms not left in an acceptable condition.
Cancellation within 30 days of arrival – an administration fee of $30.00.
Cancellation within 14 days of arrival – 50% of total tariff.
Cancellation within 7 days of arrival – 100% of total tariff (unless relet).
No refunds on early departures.
