Terms & Conditions
CHECK IN
Check in will be from 2pm unless stated otherwise by management.
We have a self service check in.
On the morning of your arrival we will send you a text message to your mobile number
That will have what cabin number you are in and the KEYCODE for the door, we will also advise you what time you will ab able to access your accommodation
CHECK OUT
Check out is strictly 10am unless organised differently with management.
Please leave the front door open so our housekeeping team knows you have vacated
BBQ GRILL
For your convenience we have provided you with an eclectic BBQ grill if you wish to cook for yourself.
We do kindly ask for you to clean the grill thoroughly after use and before departure.
Failure to so do will incur a $30 extra cleaning change and will be deducted from your credit card without notice.
Payment Policy
1. Online & Direct
Full payment will now be required and taken through an online payment gateway, a small processing fee of (1.95% - Visa & MasterCard, 2.95% -Amex) will now apply
2. Direct Debit
(for direct bookings only)
Please call ASAP if you would like us to place your dates on hold so you can make payment by direct transfer, booking will be on hold till payment is validated in our account.

Cancellation Policy
Free Cancellation up to 30 days prior to your arrival date
Less then 30 days notice -
(including COVID related )
Full booking refund less $50 cancellation fee will be credited back onto your credit card
Less than 14 days notice - 50%
7 days or Less - No refund
Payment may be held over for another booking at On Obi Maleny's discretion.
Any modifications to bookings will also incur a $20 admin fee
Cancellations over the Christmas period will only receive monies back (less $50 fee per cabin) if we can re book those cabins for the same booking period.
