Terms & Conditions

Accommodation for children under 2 years of age is free.
Accommodation for children between the ages of 3 years and 17 years (as additional pax in room) with single bed will be charged at rate of IDR 250,000 per person per night.
Accommodation for persons over 17 yrs of age will be charged at a rate of IDR 250,000 per person per night.
Connecting Seaview Rooms may accommodate 1 extra child but rooms can be joined by interconnecting door to be a family room that accommodates up to 6 people.
Garden Bungalows can accommodate an additional 2 people.
Family room bookings can accommodate 2 adults and upto 4 children.
There is no minimum stay requirement.

Payment Policy

Payment for all accommodation includes all taxes.
A 3.9% Paypal imposed service fee is applicable for all payments made through Pay pal.
Pandana Boutique Hotel has credit card facilities, however may not accept all cards. We also accept payments with Cash and Bank Transfer.
Returning guests are afforded a 10% discount on website rate when booking directly with Pandana Boutique Hotel.
Discounts received through special promotions on our website or through agency bookings are not eligible to additional discounts as indicated above

Cancellation Policy

60% refund for cancellations made 4 days or greater to check in.
No refund for cancellations made less than 3 days prior to check in (or no show)
