COVID -19 has brought about a few changes that for the safety of our guests and ourselves have been implemented .
We abide by the rules of Queensland Tourism and Queensland Government , so you will check-in on our QR code on arrival. NO SAME DAY BOOKINGS are permitted, this to give us 24 hours to clean and sanitize each room after check-outs.
PLEASE if you are unwell with FLU like symptoms we cannot allow check-in and would need to postpone your stay until you are fully recovered.
HIGH SEASON 1 Dec - 25th Jan our rates will vary. Deposit is 30% of reservation and NON refundable in 20 day window period before check-in date.
Payment Policy
The guest will be charged a prepayment of 25% of the total price after reservation, balance payable on arrival.
If booking through an agent kindly check that full payment is made before your departure.

We return your damage deposit by Credit card (up to 7 days after check-out)if no breakages or losses occurred during your stay,
Cancellation Policy
The guest can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival, except for admin fee of 3% that will need to be charged. The guest will be charged 25% of the total price if they cancel in the 7 days before arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up they will be charged the total price.
