PROVIDING FAMILY HOSPITALITY SINCE ’74
A Family owned and Operated Motel built in 1974' we are the second family to own and operate with our specialty of providing good old Aussie hospitality. The Paravista Motel is a 3-star Motel located 4 kilometers from central Darwin in the suburb of Parap, and only 8 kilometers from the airport. We are located in a quiet area that is far enough from Darwin to avoid the crowds and noise, but still close enough to be in the city within 5 minutes. Our motel has 18 rooms and is within walking distance of Darwin CBD, Mindil Beach and the Mindil Beach Markets, Skycity Casino, the Botanical Gardens, Parap Markets, the Darwin Ski Club, Trailer Boat Club, the Museum, Fannie Bay, and East Point Reserve. All rooms have air conditioning, fans, ensuite bathrooms, balconies, refrigerators, kettles for coffee and tea making, TV’s with local and cable channels, and free Wi-Fi. We have a pool and BBQ area, and there are laundry and kitchen facilities, as well as plenty of parking space.

All guests are required to adhere to the conditions of their bookings as follows:
No smoking in the rooms. Violators will be charged a fee of $75.
No excessive noise, especially in the evenings.
The motel is not responsible for damage/theft of personal belongings while on the property.
All guests are subject to additional charges for any damages done to the rooms or property.
Violation of any rules will result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.

Cancellation Policy
All bookings made online are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Bookings made direct through the motel are not subject to a cancellation fee. However, any cancellations online or offline must be done prior to 48 hours from check-in or the person will be charged for the first night of the booking.
