Terms & Conditions

Check -In time is from 2pm to 7pm. If checking in after 7pm, Photo ID must be provided and you must phone ahead on your day of arrival to make arrangements for key collection. If you do not provide proof of identity or ring ahead your booking may be cancelled.
Check-out time is no later than 10am.
Total Non Smoking Property. Penalties will apply if the no smoking policy is not adhered to.
No pets allowed. Strictly no fish cleaning or scaling of fish on the premises.
Extra charges apply for extra persons per night. Maximum number of persons permitted in each unit 1bedroom 2 persons, 2bedroom 5 persons, 3bedroom 7 persons. Extra charges and maximum occupancy includes all children over the age of twelve months. Penalties will apply if you exceed maximum occupancy.
Management reserves the right to charge your credit card for extra costs or damages incurred. This includes extra cleaning costs if you do not leave your unit in an acceptable clean and tidy state. Extra cleaning fee's are at the discretion of Park Avenue Holiday Units and are charged at a minimum amount of $100 or $40 per hour.
Excessive noise levels after 10pm and unsocial behaviour will not be tolerated. Park Avenue Holiday Units reserves the right to terminate your stay without notice.
Once checked-in it is deemed that these Terms and Conditions have been accepted.

Payment Policy

One nights accommodation is required to secure your booking. Payment of the first nights accommodation will be taken anytime after reservation. The outstanding balance will be taken on the morning of arrival.
For payments via direct bank transfer full payment is required 7 days prior to arrival .
For indirect bookings, please refer to the payment policy received from your online booking agent.
Your valid credit card number will be held as security for the duration of your booking.

Cancellation Policy

For direct bookings made with Park Avenue Holiday Units, all cancellations outside 30 days of arrival will incur a $30 cancellation fee.
If cancelled between 30 and 7 days of arrival guests will be charged the first night of their reservation. The total reservation will be charged if cancelled within 7 days of arrival.
For all indirect bookings please refer to your booking conditions received from your online booking agent.
In the event of a no show 100% of the booking total will be charged, and once checked-in there will be no refunds if you make any cancellations or shorten the length of your stay.
We are happy to provide a full credit for a date amendment, however this must be done 7 days prior to your original date of arrival.
In the event of a COVID19 lockdown or travel restriction you will have the option of a full credit for a future booking within 12 months, or a refund of your deposit minus a $30 cancellation fee.
