The place is very peaceful but gives you wonderful access to Sunshine Beach and the restaurants and coffee shops on Duke St. Duke St is only 3 minutes walk. The beach access is only 100 metres from my gate. The room is a great size for 1 or 2 people and has air conditioning, coffee making facilities, toaster and microwave. Plus a TV. No kitchen facilities but cutlery, plates, mugs and everything you need for a short stay are provided. I supply milk, coffee, bread and condiments for you to prepare your own breakfast. The coffee shops and restaurants of Duke St are very popular for a full breakfast and also for lunch and dinner.

Bedroom with a full ensuite. There is a separate entrance leading through a small private courtyard to the path to the street. Very private. There is a lockable door to the rest of the apartment. The space itself has an air conditioner, microwave, TV, toaster and kettle. The bed is new and very comfortable. There is not a separate kitchen or living area but the bedroom is a good size and ideal for 1 or 2 people.
