THIS IS A NON SMOKING PROPERTY.
Smoking is not permitted on guests private balconies/patios or common areas within the property.
Covid19 Policy requires all guests to be fully vaccinated, and provide their vaccination status prior to arrival.
Payment Policy
Full payment is required 14 days prior to arrival date.
Payments methods accepted are Visa or Mastercards - no fees apply.
Cancellation Policy
If the booking is cancelled 14 days prior to arrival date, a refund will not be provided.
Flexibility of cancellation policy is at owners discretion.
In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.
