Peppermint Brook Cottages
Located just 700 metres to the west of the town centre, in the heart of the picturesque Margaret River wine appellation, Peppermint Brook Cottages offers convenience, comfort and affordability.
Our 8 well-appointed (self-contained) brick and iron cottages surround a central lawned area and gas-fired BBQs are available for outdoor living. Each cottage has a covered verandah with an outdoor setting, and guests are often seen relaxing outside while watching the birds and the resident free-range chickens.
We’re just a leisurely stroll from the Visitors’ Centre, shops, bars and restaurants.
We're also within easy driving distance of all major features of the region and provide exclusive north and south itineraries (and a range of special offers) which will add value to your stay.
Free Wi-Fi is available. Although limited, it should be adequate for streaming.

The Couples Cottage has 2 bedrooms, a shared bathroom, fully-equipped kitchen and living / dining area. The main bedroom has a Queen Bed and the second bedroom has 2 x Double Beds. There’s a verandah with outdoor setting, which looks over lawn, shared BBQs and a trampoline.
Essential amenities (towels, bed sheets, pillows, soap, shampoo, conditioner and toilet paper) are provided. Electric blankets are installed between mid-May and the end of August.
To assist you on your first morning, we provide a simple “starter breakfast.” Beyond that, our guests will dine out or self-cater (there being a full kitchen and BBQs).
The room rate for 1 or 2 persons is based on occupancy of the main bedroom. Where guests require to use the 2nd bedroom, an extra bed charge will be levied.

Terms & Conditions
Check-in is from 2:00pm (unless approved by the manager (in advance). Check-out is prior to 10am.
- Guests are responsible for any damage incurred and charges for replacements / repairs may be made to the nominated credit card.
- Cottage inventory is checked immediately following guest departure and a charge will be made for any missing item/s.
- All items of cutlery, crockery, glassware and / or cookware should be properly washed, dried and placed away in cupboards. In the event that this is not done, or where the cottage is left in an untidy state, the company reserves the right to charge a minimum of $50.00 to cover extra cleaning costs.
- The company accepts no liability in respect of any loss, injury or damage incurred, either to the guest or to their belongings.
- No extra persons are permitted to stay overnight, except with the prior approval of the manager and at a cost of $30.00 – per person per night.
Smoking is only permitted on verandahs and butts must be fully extinguished and placed in the sand boxes provided.
Payment Policy
For bookings via Online Travel Agents, booking conditions will be as advised by them.
For direct bookings...
A non-refundable deposit equal to 1 night for bookings up to 7 nights (and a further 1 night for each subsequent 7 nights) will be taken at time of booking; and with the balance charged to approved credit cards 14 days prior to arrival.
PEAK: A non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the total cost will be taken at time of booking; and with the balance charged to approved credit cards on the morning of arrival.
Cancellation Policy
We maintain a co-operative stand and do all we can to fill cancelled space. Where we are successful in this endeavour, we refund for the nights which are re-let.
