. Fold out bed available for $30 per night. Cot available for $15 per night

1. Full payment is required upon reservation.
2. The person who is guaranteeing the booking must sign the guest registration form and produce photo ID and a valid credit card on check in. This person is liable for any damage to the room – (e.g. carpet cleaning, smell of smoke, breakages, extra housekeeping/ cleaning, lost keys, lost remote control, etc.) or damage to common areas throughout the building. This applies whether it was caused by them or someone else staying with them or a guest brought in by them. The number of guests must not exceed the number specified in the booking failure to adhere to this will occur a $100 charge per extra person.
3. A minimum refundable bond of $300 is required at time of check in if payment is made via cash or debit card. The bond will be refunded up to 7 days after check out.
4. Once keys are issued, you are responsible for ensuring they are left on table for us. Lost/broken keys will incur a fee of $50.
5. Parties, large gatherings or loud music (including hen’s nights, buck’s night, birthday and cocktail parties) are strictly prohibited. Please be mindful of the rights of other guests to enjoy a quiet environment and keep noise to a respectful level at all time.
6. Please take note, you will be charged a minimum of $300 per day should it be found you, or someone else in your party, have been SMOKING OR ILLEGAL DRUGS USE inside ANY part of the building including the room, common areas and bathrooms. Perth City Apartment Hotel reserves the right to evict the guest from the building with no refund given. E cigarettes or vaporisers or other substances are not permitted in the building.
7. Check out is strictly 10 am. Failure to check out by 10 am will result in a $20 charge per hour. If you have not checked out by 12 pm, you will be charged for a full night.
8. We have a “zero warning” policy. Any disturbance or complaints regarding any member of your party can result in the entire booking being terminated immediately. Guest will be asked to leave without refund. If necessary, the police will be called.
9. “All bookings are non refundable however, Upon cancellation of a reservation, the guest will be charged 100% of the total price of accommodation, regardless of the date in which the cancellation is requested please note if your cancellation is beyond your control, such as flights, holiday cancellations etc (eg. circumstances beyond your control, the hotel reserves the right to either refund or give you a credit for 6 months depending on availability.)”
10. After hours call out will be charged by the hotel and must be paid at the time they gain entry for you. $150

I have read and agree to the above policies and conditions of Perth City Apartment Hotel and agree that my credit card (listed below) can be charged to cover any damage (caused by me or anyone else in my party), lost keys and will cover the cost of any item(s) missing from the room, e.g. pillow, blanket, remote control, etc. (Note: The guest takes full responsibility that all items are present in the room on check in). I agree that my credit card can also be used to cover any of the charges listed above as well as rental which has not yet been paid.

We have drinks in the fridge 2x Coke & 2x Water at a cost of $3.00 each which will be charged to the guest.

You Authorise Perth City Apartment Hotel to use your Preauth to take payment out of your account. This will over draw your account and is your responsibility not Perth City Apartment Hotel.

Anyone that is staying longterm must give 2 weeks notice to leave or they will be charged a daily price rate.
