Property Information
Perup: Nature's Guesthouse offers a unique wilderness experience where you can see some of Australia's rarest native fauna. Set in the middle of the 56,000 hectare Tone-Perup Nature Reserve, the surrounding forest is home to numbats, woylies, western ringtail possums, brush-tailed phascogales and chuditch, all of which are threatened with extinction. The area is also home to tammar wallabies, brushtail possums, as well as numerous native reptiles, birds and amphibians and over 600 species of native plants. It really is a world away on your doorstep.

Terms & Conditions
• Check in is after 2pm, check out is before 10am
• Pets and domestic animals are not permitted at Perup: Nature's Guesthouse.
• No clothes washing facilities available
• All native animals at Perup: Nature's Guesthouse are protected by law and must not be harmed (this includes snakes).
• Please do not feed the wildlife.
• Picking of wildflowers is strictly prohibited, unless the appropriate licence is held.
• Firearms are not permitted.
• Drones may only be used with the written approval of Parks and Wildlife Services at the Department of Biodiversity Conservation and Attractions.
• All buildings and verandas are no smoking areas.
• Fires may only be lit in designated fire pits during approved fire lighting season.
• Firewood must not be collected from the bushland - firewood is supplied free of charge.
• Perup: Nature’s Guesthouse is managed by the Blackwood Basin Group Inc.
• All care has been taken to make the walk and tour descriptions as accurate as possible. The Blackwood Basin Group Inc accepts no responsibility for any loss, injury, damage, mishap or inconvenience sustained by anyone pursuing any of the activities. Personal safety is the responsibility of each participant.
• For the consideration of our guests and fauna please keep noise down to a minimum, after 10pm we require quiet time.
• Buildings and their surrounds must be left clean and tidy on departure.
Failure to do so may result in an additional cleaning fee of $90.00 (inc. GST) being charged.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation fees: (inc. GST)
30 days prior to your stay - $50.00
15-29 days prior to your stay - 25% of total booking charge
1-14 days prior to your stay - 50% of total booking charge
Less than 24 hours prior to stay - 100% of total booking charge
In the event of cancellations due to extreme weather conditions that pose a safety issue to our guests, all booking payments made will be fully refunded.

• the deposit is held, to be used for a future booking
