One child below 6 years stays free of charge when using existing beds, breakfast is not included
All children below 2 years stay free of charge in a crib.
All children over 6 years are charged PHP 600 per night for extra beds with complimentary breakfast
Any additional older children or adults are charged PHP 600 per night for extra bed include complimentary breakfast.
Non smoking policy applies to all rooms. Smoking only in designated areas.
Swimming pool and beach is free for check in guests, visitors of check in guests have to apply an entrance fee if using swimming pool or beach.

Upon reservation the first night will be charged as a booking fee and is not refundable.
The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation 21 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 45 days before date of arrival, no extra fee will be charged exclude the first night booking fee.
If cancelled or modified up to 21 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of the total amount will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later 100 % of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
