Terms & Conditions
• Accommodation is for Couples, Groups or Families (maximum of 8 guests)
• NO additional guests permitted
• Pets – Please enquire. Pets not preferred in accommodation.
• NO Smoking in Villa – Only in designated areas (Lawns)
• Check in times at Cellar Door: Monday – Sunday 10am – 5pm l Friday 10am – 7pm
• Check in after hours via key box on wall at villa entrance.
• Any damage to Villa will incur costs.
• Excess cleaning will incur costs.
Payment Policy
• 50% Deposit of total booking at time of booking to secure your reservation
• Balance payable on check in (if arrival after hours, payment due the morning after)
Cancellation Policy
• Our cancellation policy takes effect three days from Booking confirmation date.
• Booking Deposit will be returned if cancellation occurs more than 14 days before check-in date.
A $50 cancellation fee will apply.
• Should you cancel, or postpone, within 14 days, we will need to re-book your reservation in order to refund your booking fee.
• No-shows, early check-outs and late check-ins will incur the full cost.
