Port Vincent Motel & Apartments
Situated on the Main street of the delightful sea-side village of Port Vincent, Port Vincent Motel & Apartments is ideally located to the towns facilities while being only 150m from the calm waters of Gulf Saint Vincent. The family friendly beach is an ideal launching pad for the many water activities the town offers, including beach fishing, swimming, kayaking & sailing. The waters around Port Vincent are well known for the highly sought after delicacies, King George whiting and Blue Swimmer crabs.
All of the 6 Standard and 2 superior Cabins have 2 bedrooms & bathrooms and are capable of sleeping as many as 6 people, utilising the sofa bed in the units living area. All are air-conditioned & enjoy full kitchen facilities. The Motel complex's rooms all have air conditioning, bathrooms, tea/coffee facilities, toasters & fridge. Both the King motel apartment & Superior Motel apartment have full kitchen facilities. The 2 Motel rooms & the King Motel apartment are upstairs.
All rooms enjoy some free WiFi, with extra available for purchase, Free BBQ facilities are available as well as a fish cleaning area and pay per use Laundry facilities.

Management reserves the right to charge for any wilful damage to the property by Guests.
Guests are expected to show due respect to other guests and not engage in any activity that may adversely affect the enjoyment of other guests.
Management reserves the right to charge a $50.00 cleaning fee, if a guest leaves a cabin/motel room in a state that would be considered worse than reasonable usage would cause. Determination of what constitutes reasonable usage is at the managements discretion.

Deposit of the first days tariff may be taken at the time of Booking.
Full Payment on Day of arrival.
Credit cards may be charged for the deposit at any time prior to guests checking in.
Cancellation Policy
Full Tariff charged for no show without notification.
First day's tariff charged for cancellation less than 2 days before expected check-in.
Full Refund of any pre-payment if Cancellation made more than 2 days before expected check-in.
Once check-in has been completed, there will be a strictly no-refunds policy, but a voucher for the remainder of the stay may be available in certain circumstances.
