Terms & Conditions

Below is important information for your stay at PFC. This information is provided to help you and other guests have a safe and enjoyable experience. If you have any concerns, please contact administration on info@pfc.org.au.

Supervision & Safety
• We do not provide supervision to guests. Carers and parents have full responsibility for those in their care while on our premises. Please note that our premises is not fully and securely fenced.
Covid-19 Safety
• Please ensure you have provided evidence of vaccination for all guests staying or visiting PFC who are 16 years and over.
• Please don’t attend PFC if you or someone in your group has symptoms of COVID 19 or has been in contact with a person who has or is suspected of having COVID19
• Please regularly wash hands or use hand sanitizer, maintain at least 1.5 metres distance from other people and limit contact with other guests and staff
• Please provide the full name and contact phone number of all adult guests and visitors and sign in using QR codes
• Please advise the PFC manager immediately if you or anyone in your party tests positive for COVID 19 up to 14 days after your stay at PFC.
• Please adhere to government requirements regarding masks. https://www.dhhs.vic.gov.au/coronavirus.
• Please note that PFC will advise the Victorian Government if anyone on site tests positive and will provide contact details of all guests/visitors on site
We provide:
• Fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities
• Fitted sheets, pillowcases, pillows, and light doonas with covers suitable for summer
Please bring:
• Flat sheets
• Blankets or warmer doonas in winter if preferred
• Towels
• Food
Cleaning
• To keep our accommodation rates low, we ask that the houses are left clean and tidy (dishes done, benches wiped, floors cleaned, rubbish removed). If you would prefer not to clean the house prior to check out, a $100 fee is charged.
Visitors on Site
• PFC does not allow visitors on site unless they are recorded in our booking system. If you will be having visitors, please advise the office of their full name and contact at the time of booking. Please ask them to check in using the QR code.
Noise and Disruption
• Presentation Family Centre is a peaceful place with guests who need a quiet environment and neighbours and in proximity. Please ensure that you do not make noise that can be heard by the neighbours or other guests. Please do not play music or socialise outdoors after 8.30pm as the noise easily carries and can disturb other guests and neighbours.
• If concerns are raised about noise or guest behaviour on site, guests may be asked to leave. Booking payments will not be refunded, and guests may not be able to stay at PFC in the future.
Smoking
• Smoking is not permitted in or near the houses, the Nanospace, or near the playground.
Animals on site
• We welcome authorised assistance and therapy dogs (documentation required). Please note that PFC is not securely fenced. We regret that we do not allow pets.

Payment Policy

Payment
A non-refundable deposit of $75 per house is required to confirm bookings. Full payment is due 7 days prior to arrival. Payment can be made via EFT transfer, Mastercard or Visa.

Cancellation Policy

Bookings may be cancelled up to one week prior to your stay. Please note that deposits are non-refundable.
