Quail Lodge is a Luxurious two bedroom Boutique Bed & Breakfast Lodge which sleeps four people nestled high up in the hills of Opaheke, South Auckland, New Zealand. With sweeping panoramic 180 degree views over Auckland you will be spellbound as you sit on your private deck watching the magnificent sunsets that Quail Lodge is blessed with. Sitting above the Auckland Gliding Club you can while away the time watching the gliders soaring in the sky above, you may even like a trial flight yourself which is easily arranged.
Facials, massages & spa treatments are available by prior arrangement, there is nothing better than lying in tranquility while being pampered & thouroughly spoiled in Quail Lodge style.
A home cooked Quail Lodge dinner is also available by prior reservation, dinner can be served in your Lodge or you may wish to join us in the main house. We love interacting with our guests & having travelled extensively throughout the country we are only too happy to pass on hidden secrets for you to visit.
This is a Lodge to relax in, a place to charge the batteries and get away from it all without driving miles from Auckland City. Quail Lodge is a luxury two bedroom lodge in Opaheke, South Auckland. As our only guests you will have our undivided attention, we enjoy going the extra mile so if there is anything special you require to make your stay even more memorable please let us know. A delicious gourmet breakfast is included in your tariff & a scrumptious home cooked dinner is available by prior arrangement, this can be eaten either in your room or you are welcome to dine with us in the main house. We love our country and have travelled extensively throughout NZ, if you need tips on where to go or help with travel arrangements we are happy to help.

Terms & Conditions
Note: Variences can be agreed on but only by arrangement with the owner in writing.
Check in is available from 3pm - 8.30pm on the day of arrival. Check out is 11.00 on the day of departure. Early check in and or late check out may be available at the discretion of the owner and may incur a charge.
We pride ourselves on maintaining a superb standard of accommodation for our guests. Damage, breakages, theft and loss are the guests responsibility during their stay.
We take every care to ensure your safety whilst you are with us and will provide a safety briefing at time of check in, we will not accept any liability for accidents that occur during your stay. Quail Lodge is a fully vaccinated only venue, this includes all service/support staff as well as guests.
Due to the current Covid pandemic all guests will be required to provide proof of full vaccination at the time of check in. If vaccination can’t be confirmed we regret that your reservation will be cancelled & the full amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card.
The owners will supply all linen, towels and bathroom amenities. Rooms will be serviced daily.
Loss- the owners take no responsibility for the guests personal property.
No smoking is permitted inside the Lodge.
Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangement with the owner in writing.

Payment Policy
We process a 50% deposit at the time of booking. Final payment will automatically be deducted 1 week before your booking date. If you are unable to confirm the booking please let us know as soon as possible either by phone +6421454804 or email samantha@quaillodge.nz.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not send the funds to confirm the booking, we reserve the right to cancel the booking. No cancellation will happen without contacting you in the first instance.
We understand that plans change. Please let us know as soon as possible if your plans change as our cancellation policy is:
* If cancelled up to 24 hrs before booking a full refund will be given.
* If cancelled later 100% of the full booking will be charged.
* In case of a no show the total price of the reservation will be charged.
