Terms & Conditions
Our apartments are fully self-contained and self-catering. The overnight room rate does not include daily cleaning services. A standard exit clean is included in your stay.
It is very important for you to contact us by email in your confirmation letter prior to your arrival for all your check-in instructions, apartment number, internet PIN & door PIN code, car park position (available for a standard car heights restriction maximum 2.1 meters) each apartment has only one free reserved spot nearby under the carpark Double Tree hotel by Hilton. Any vehicles parked in unauthorized places are liable to be clamped or towed as per Bodies Corporate rules.
Please note we don’t provide free daily cleaning service, however it can be on request prior on extra charges. Should you choose to have your apartment serviced daily or any other time during your stay, please book with Queenstown Village Apartment Office. We would request notice 48 hours in advance.
WHEN YOU LEAVE
Before leaving we hope that you would double check every furniture is in its original position. Please make sure you have taken all your belongings. and also help us check all heaters, gas fire and electric blankets are turned off.
However, should extra cleaning will cost $80 per hour (removing cooking odors or carpet stains etc) and furniture damages will be a guest cost.

Payment terms are based on the type of booking. Â All credit or debit card transactions incur an additional 2.54% merchant surcharge.

All bookings require credit card details to be held on file as security on the apartment, in case of any incidentals (eg. telephone charges) or damage to the property.
Prices and information are subject to availability and rates at the actual time of booking.
A booking is deemed to be confirmed and an apartment secured once the full payment is paid and a credit card number is received.
Child policy: under 2 years old free of charge.
Cancellation Policy
Non refundable rate
Full payment is taken at time of booking. Â If a booking is cancelled there is no refund. There will be 100% of your total accommodation cost.
7 day cancellation rate
If a booking is cancelled more than 7 days before check-in: there will be no charge. Full payment is taken 7 days before arrival at which time there is no refund. Â If a booking is cancelled within 7 days of check-in there is no refund. There will be 100% of your total accommodation cost.
We recommends guests obtain travel insurance to cover unforeseen changes to holiday plans.
