Deposit Policy (payable upon check-in)
A refundable deposit of will be taken where applicable:
a) RM50 for our 2 or 3 Bedroom Apartment
b) RM100 for our 4 Bedroom Penthouse
c) RM150 for the use of the BBQ Area (We will provide tables,chairs and bin bags and money refunded if returned clean and not damaged)
Unit Policy
1) There is no capacity for extra beds in the room (except for the 2 Bedroom Apartment)
2) All children are welcome.
3) One child under 6 years stays free of charge when using existing beds.
4) All of our units are strictly NON-SMOKING (inside) but smoking at balcony is allowed.
5) Consumption of alcohol is not permitted in public and open areas.
No WiFi available.
Pets are not allowed.
Payment Policy
If there are any balance or oustanding payments, it can be made upon check-in.
We only accept CASH payment on-site.
Cancellation Policy
If canceled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If canceled or modified later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the first night will be charged.
