The Mansion Villa is a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom Georgian style mansion villa from the early 1800's, set on 5 acres of sprawling gardens. The villa includes a recently fully renovated exquisite kitchen, family area with piano, separate TV room at the back of the villa, indoor and outdoor dining options and access to the pool on the mansion grounds.

Terms & Conditions
We are a COVID-safe venue and require all guests to be fully-vaccinated to stay at The Regents Park. Any guest unable to provide proof of vaccination will not be permitted to stay at The Regents Park.
All accommodation is for residential purposes ONLY.
NOISE: As we are located in a residential area, please be mindful of our neighbours and keep excessive noise down. Any noise complaints will incur additional fees - NO EXCEPTIONS.
Cleaning penalty fees will be applied for the following:
- If the property is left in an untidy or unsanitary condition.
- No food to be left on the premises or in refrigerators.
- If excess rubbish and bottles have not been removed on checkout.
- If dishes are not placed in the dishwasher.
- Rubbish not placed in the bins provided - Sulo bins are located on the property for excess rubbish.
All breakages must be paid for.
STRICTLY NO pets, NO Smoking on the property - smoking strictly prohibited anywhere on the property - a cleaning fee of $500 will occur if this rule is broken.
Check-in: 2:00pm - Check-out : 11am. Late check out available with prior arrangement by management.
Payment Policy
We accept payment by Amex, MasterCard Visa and all debit cards. NB: all cards attract a 2.5% surcharge on all purchases.
TERMS: A minimum of one nights tariff will be taken at the time of booking with the balance and security deposit payable 48 hrs before checkin by credit card. Holiday and concert weekends are non refundable.
DEPOSIT 50% is required for more than a one nights stay to secure the booking. Please ensure your dates are correct as the deposit is non-refundable - payment is processed anytime within 48hrs of booking. NB: bookings made directly from BDC, Expedia, Wotif and Agoda will have the full amount deducted by Credit Card 24 - 48hrs after booking.SECURITY DEPOSIT MANSION - $2,000 will be required as a preauthorised hold on the nominated credit card 48 hrs before checkin, and will be refunded after checkout inspection and the property has been cleaned.

Cancellation Policy
We are a COVID-safe venue and require all guests to be fully-vaccinated to stay at The Regents Park. Cancellations on the grounds of not being fully-vaccinated are non-refundable.
Please be sure of dates when making your reservation, as we do not guarantee refunds in the event of cancellations, which includes bookings made through an OTA, AGODA, BDC, EXPEDIA, WOTIF, or their partners.
No refund for public holidays, school holidays, weddings and events booked in advance.
No refund for an unused portion of a holiday booking will be made. A change in booking dates attracts the same conditions as for cancellations.
The 50% deposit on all full house bookings of more than one nights stay or one nights tariff for a one night booking is NON REFUNDABLE, as per booking policy.
