Terms & Conditions

Add on Extra Adult and Child
• Request for Children Additional bedding will be charged at 800 THB Net per person.
• Requests for Adult Additional bedding will be charged at 1000 THB Net per person.

Add on Meals for Adult and Child Policy :
• Infant and Children 0 - 5 years free of charge for Breakfast.
• Children Over 5 - 18 Years will be charged on 150 THB Net / Pax / meal.
• Children Over 18 Years will be charged on 250 THB Net / Pax / meal.
• Adults will be charged on 300 THB Net /Pax/meal.

Check in and Check-out Policy :
Check-In :
• Such rooms confirmed shall be made available for occupancy after 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.

Check-Out :
• Check out Time is 12:00 noon Late Check-out up to room availability.
• Rooms used from 12:00 to 6:00 p.m. on the day will be charged 50% of the rate room.
• Beyond 6:00 p.m. will be charged at the full contract rate, unless specified otherwise by the hotel in writing.

Hotel Services Time
• Customer Service : 08:00 am. to 10.00 pm.
• Housekeeping Service : 08:00 am. to 08.00 pm.
• Breakfast Service : 07.30 am. to 10:30 am.
• Room Service : 08.00 am. to 08:00 pm.
• Public Swimming Pool : 09.00 am. to 08:00 pm.
• Food & Beverage Service : 07:00 am. to 08:00 pm.

Or depending on the number of guests and pre-order quantity. So that the ingredients are always fresh and clean.

Pets
• All types of Pets are not allowed into hotels.

Other
• All rooms are non-smoking rooms. It is not allowed to eat strong-smelling food or smoke in the room, a fine charge 1 day from the room rate.
• Certain electrical appliances are not allowed to be used, such as electric stoves,electric pans, electric pots, coffee makers, kettles, sound systems, musical instruments, karaoke equipment, irons, etc. If a fine of 500 baht or more is violated per piece.
• If equipment or items in the room Damage after your stay Damages must be paid as stated in the room documents.
• Please refrain from using loud noises from 10:00 PM as it will disturb other guests' resting time. And in order to obey the rules of Rom Fah Thong village.
• The resort reserves the right to prohibit all types of cooking in the room, if violated, a fine of 2,000 baht or more will be incurred.
• The resort sells drinking water, soft drinks, soda, and ice.

Payment Policy

The date range is calculated primarily from the time of your cancellation notice.
• Less than 7 days prior to arrival, Deposit 50% or 100% from total payment in same booking by Transfer Bank
• Less than 3 days before departure will automatically cancel the reservation. If not confirmed Or there is a 50% to 100% prepayment before the stay from the customer. and cannot request a refund from the hotel

Cancellation Policy

The date range is calculated primarily from the time of your cancellation notice.
• Less than 5 days prior to arrival 50% of the cost of stay. And cannot get a refund from the hotel.
• Less than 3 days before arrival 70% of the cost of stay. And cannot get a refund from the hotel.
• Less than 1 day before arrival or No Show 100% of the cost of stay. And cannot get a refund from the hotel.
