Cancellation Policy
- Any cancellation received within 3 days prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge.
- Any cancellation request must be made in-writing via email, rimbunsuites@gmail.com, fax or contact +673-8856032
- Failure to arrive at the property will be treated as "No Show" and will incur the first night charge for a length of stay of up to 2 nights. No refunds shall be made for shortened stays.
