Private Lodge Room Book

Our beautifully restored 1914 villa with woodwork and high ceilings has an open fire place in the lounge as well as heating throughout. The private double room is within our Main Lodge so you'll have all get; shared kitchen and bathroom facilities to ensure you have everything you need for your stay. You can also enjoy the communal Spa pool just outside.

Price includes bottom sheet and pillow. If you require duvet, and towels please add this to your booking in the Extras sections - $10 per person. OR alternatively bring your own sleeping bag or linen.

Main Lodge (multi-share) Book

Our beautifully restored 1914 villa with woodwork and high ceilings has an open fire place in the lounge as well as heating throughout. The multi-share rooms have a mixture of double & single bunks, and have shared kitchen and bathroom facilities to ensure you have everything you need for your stay. You can also enjoy the communal Spa pool just outside.

Price includes bottom sheet and pillow. If you require a top sheet, duvet and towels please add this to your booking in the Extras sections - $10 per person.
OR alternatively bring your own sleeping bag/duvet.

Cabin Book

Ideal for those who want their own space and who are happy with shared bathroom facilities (2 toilets and 2 showers shared by 4 cabins).
So if you want to play all day then cook up a feed in our lodge kitchen (or check out the Junction restaurants and bars just 300 meters away) and then get tucked up in your own warm space with some Netflix or a good book, these cabins are a bit of you. They include access to all of our shared lodge facilities.
Cabins have a queen bed, a mezzanine bunk and a vanity sink. The included occupancy is 2, but they sleep up to 3.
Linen supplied. Towels are an extra $5 each.

1 Bedroom Apartment Book

Modern accommodation. 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment. Queen bed in separate room, lounge with leather sofa, kitchenette (with microwave, kettle, electric stove), LCD TV with Freeview. Full linen and towels supplied.

This rate includes 2 people, if an extra single pull-out bed is required, please select 3 guests and add 'single pull-out' in the Extras section.

2 Bedroom Apartment Book

Modern accommodation. Mountain views from lounge, and deck. 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment with large LCD TV, stereo, DVD player, gas fire, modern kitchen (with oven), drying cupboard. Full linen and towels provided for both double bedrooms.

Price includes 4 people. Our 2 bedroom apartment can sleep up to 5 people, with one on a single pull-out bed. Please select 5 guests, and add 'single pull-out' bed in extra's if this is required.

3 - 5 Bedroom Apartment Book

Modern accommodation with plenty of room. Amazing views from lounge, deck and bedrooms. Large LCD TV, stereo, DVD player, gas fire, modern kitchen (with oven), drying cupboard. Full linen and towels provided.

Please enquire about this accommodation as there are different configurations available for 3 - 5 Bedrooms

2 Bedroom Apartment(1A):
On the upper level our modern 2 bedroom apartment is comprised of a spacious Living Area and full Kitchen with Balcony facing the mountain. Two double rooms and shared bathroom.

Upstairs Double Room (1B):
On the upper level a modern Double apartment room adjoining to the two room apartment connected by a small landing it has a Kitchenette, private ensuite and own TV.

Downstairs Double Room (1C & 1D)
On the lower level a modern Double apartment room with a shared bathroom and own TV. Rooms connect to a foyer shared with the staircase for access to upstairs rooms.

Cottage Unit Book

Under the Kowhai tree we have two studio units with ensuite bathrooms. They have a queen size bed and a fold-out double sofa bed.
The Studio Units also have their own kitchenette; kettle, toaster, tea & coffee making facilities and fridge.
Full linen and towels are supplied.
Access to all shared Lodge facilities; lounge, kitchen and drying room and free internet.

Rail Carriage Book

Look no further if you like a bit of fun and adventure in your accommodation. These 2 converted rail carriages are definitely different!

Originally built by N.Z Rail in the 1940's using lots of native timber including a Kauri tongue and groove ceiling and the original flip over seats at the dining table these carriages do well to maintain their original charm. We've added the modern conveniences you require in a self contained chalet; a heat pump and separate toilet and shower room.

The large lounge which is open plan through to the kitchenette dinning area has a TV, two couches (can also become sofa beds) and coffee tables, as well as the original single seats that the train guards used to use.

Sleeping arrangements are: A master double bedroom at the far end. A set of original bunks in the next room. There are two double sofa sleepers in the lounge- in effect giving you 3 individual sleeping areas.

We supply linen & towels for the double bedroom but please bring your own bedding and towels for the bunk beds & sofa sleepers. OR If you require additional linen please add 'linen packs' to your booking, $10 per person.

The carriages are only 2 minutes walk to the 'Junction' bars, restaurants and ski shops.
