Terms & Conditions
- You may be required to provide a credit card at check-in to cover incidental charges and may be required to provide photo ID.
- You must be at least 18 years of age to book accommodation.
- Our rooms are strickly non-smoking. Failure to comply will result in a fine of $500.
- Riverside Motel is a quiet motel and guest shall be considerate of other guests at all times. Unruly and unmannered behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in the eviction without refund at management’s discretion.
- Noise – we ask all guests to restrict noise levels after 8pm
- Reception from 2pm to 7pm each day. Anyone wishing to check in after 7pm can give us a call on the day to arrange check in. (Reception hours may vary at certain times but you will be contacted if this is so).
Payment Policy
- Full Payment will be taken at any time from the end of the free cancellation period to check in. Once payment is received, you will receive an email confirming your reservation and your payment. If payment cannot be taken we will contact you. But if we cannot get in contact with you regarding payment, your booking may be cancelled.
- For our Executive suite a bond of $500 will be taken when you check in. This will be refunded back into your account after check out minus any incidental charges.
- We accept Mastercard, Visa, and American Express. Please note AMEX cards will incur a 2.5% fee.
Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation is available up until 1 week prior to the check in date. Any cancellation within a week of check in will forfeit their payment. Cancellations can be made by calling us on +61 2 49870007.
- All Bookings between 20th December - 31st January are NON REFUNDABLE
- All Bookings from Good Friday to Easter Monday are NON REFUNDABLE
