Rosewood Guesthouse
Rosewood Guesthouse is a charming Bed & Breakfast which exudes charm and warmth. This very special boutique accommodation caters for discerning travellers who seek good food, good conversation, advice on what to see and where to eat in the region. Our property is best suited to guests over the age of 12, please note we have no facilities for infants and younger guests and our rooms cannot accommodate extra guests.
A 700 metre walk to the main street restaurants ensures your locality is convenient and easy to find. Rosewood is best suited to guests seeking a quiet and relaxing atmosphere.
Brilliant packages available as seen on Holiday Specials page of web site. Please enter any requests in the comments box on booking form. We have WiFi internet access which is available for guest use. We also have lock up storage for bikes, golf clubs and surfboards.
We can also arrange tours with wine companies.

Terms & Conditions
Full payment is taken 5 days before stay.
Check in is strictly between 2 - 6PM unless otherwise advised. Later arrivals can be accommodated but must arrange entry with us. Checkout is by 10am
The cost of any damage caused during your stay will be charged to your credit card
There is no smoking within the house at Rosewood. A smoking area is provided in the garden
Rooms are for 2 adult guests and we have no facility for extra guests or infants. Up to 4 guests can be accommodated in the Wallcliffe Suite with extra guest payment .
Guests booking a Rose Tour must provide pick up address if staying elsewhere and payment will be due 10 days before tour and any cancellation must be made more than 10 days prior or cancellation fee will be 50% of fare will apply.
Payment Policy
To give you peace of mind in these uncertain times we are currently not taking deposits as border closures are very fluid, however full payment will be taken 5 days prior to stay.
Tours are subject to availability and payment is taken5 days prior to date of tour.
Bookings made through other websites are subject to that websites set policies
Should you depart earlier no refund will be made.
Cancellation Policy
During the Covid 19 crisis we have relaxed our cancellation policy.
If the border is closed affecting your stay full refund will be made.
Cancellations and changes can be made under other circumstances however if less than14 days notice is given the deposit of 1st night will be taken and will be forfeit.
Tours can be cancelled up to 10 days prior without notice. All payments will be taken 5 days prior to date of service and if less notice is given a 50% cancellation fee will apply
Should you leave earlier than expected.
full payment will still be required.
Bookings made through third party providers are subject to the cancellation policy stated by that service .
We advise that unless otherwise specified rooms have a maximum occupancy of 2. Rosewood is suited for guests seeking a peaceful atmosphere, There are no facilities for children and babies.
Any damage caused by the room occupants will have the cost of rectification charged to the credit card provided.
Management reserves the right to make room changes if necessary.
