Rotherham Apartments is a family owned and operated complex, small in quantity, but big in service. We provide spacious apartments that have all the amenities to make your stay as comfortable and convenient as possible. The apartments are kept in the best condition possible and we hold ourselves personally responsible for the cleanliness.

Rotherham Apartments is located in one of the most accessible and convenient parts of Christchurch, with Restaurants and Bars only 3 minutes walk away and the biggest Shopping Centre in the South Island only 2 minutes walk away.
If you have a car, both the airport and town are around 10 minutes drive. However, the central city is around 30 minutes walk and will take you through our city gardens, so it is a stroll in the park.
