Royhaven Holiday Let – Terms & Conditions

By booking an overnight stay at Royhaven holiday let, either via our Website, or other online facility, you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions.
NO GROUP BOOKINGS UNDER 25 YEARS OF AGE ARE ALLOWED AT ROYHAVEN - NO Schoolies Bookings accepted.
1. Check in no earlier than 2pm – Check out no later than 10am
2. Under no circumstances will you allow, invite or arrange for more than 11 guests to be accommodated overnight at Royhaven on any one occasion.
3. Under no Circumstances will you arrange for any type of ‘gathering’ including parties, fund raising events or any such event which may result in loud music, overcrowding (more than 11 people) or which could become a nuisance to your neighbouring properties and/or be in breach of the local Council by-laws.
4. Under no circumstances are you to sub-let or pass this reservation on to any other person whom is not on the original booking confirmation except with prior consent in writing from the property owner.
5. You will be considerate to neighbouring properties with regards to the volume of noise and nature of activities at all times,
6. You agree to pay the total amount int full prior to booking check in dates., Refundable Up to 4 weeks before your agreed booking dates. Cancellations with less than 4 weeks notice will carry the entire cost of the booking and is non refundable.
8. We reserve the right to hold on file your Credit Card details or charge you a Refundable Damage Deposit of $600 per stay at the time of booking to cover any damages incurred whilst on your stay. This deposit will be fully refunded to you once you have vacated the property and a thorough check of the property has been made to ensure there are no damage/loss/breakages (except for normal wear and tear) which will need to be rectified. Your RDD will be returned to you within 14 days of you vacating the property.
9. The property is NON smoking – however, you are permitted to smoke outside of the building and are expected to use the ash trays provided for your cigarette ends. Smoking inside the building is strictly prohibited.
10. Pets are not allowed on any furniture or beds.
11. The property is not to be used for any business activities/trading whilst on your stay.
12. All bookings are BYO Linen unless specified in the extras section of the booking form. Linen can only be supplied with more than 2 days notice.

COVID-19 information
Where it is possible, a closure period of 72 hours after guests vacate will be given, to allow time for any trace of Virus to become inactive, before our cleaning team go through the property to sanitize prior to the next arrival. We will take all necessary cleaning precautions prior to a guest arriving. We provide Hand soap, hand Sanitizer and paper towel for guest use to help maintain a safer environment.
Guests are reminded that they are booking our accommodation at their own risk. We do not take any responsibility for guests becoming sick through booking our accommodation. Should any member of your party contract this virus during or within 14 days of vacating the property then you must inform Royhaven Holiday Let immediately. We advise ALL guests to download and activate the COVID Safe App and to practice good hand washing and hygiene.

Payment Policy

20% Deposit is required at the time of booking. Balance payment should be made in full, 30 days prior to your check in dates. All Credit Card bookings are subject to a surcharge at the current rate by our online merchant facility.

Cancellation Policy

During The Covid-19 Pandemic, our usual policy does apply:- Cancellations up to 30 days prior to your check in dates will be refunded in full.
Cancellations less than 30 days before check in dates will be charged at the full rate of the booking except for the following reasons:-
Should any member of your party feel unwell and is tested for Covid-19, within 7 days or less of your check in date, and can provide proof of testing regardless of the result, then we will refund you 70% of your booking costs. If we are unable to honour the booking due to our Covid Cleaning policy we will cancel the booking free of charge.
