Sama's Cottages & Villas is a peaceful and relaxing retreat in Ubud, yet is located just a 5 minute stroll from the centre of town. Our property has only 10 individual cottages and 2 villas with private pool and all are beautifully furnished to make your stay more comfortable. You can choose either a fan cooled or air conditioned cottage, or a private villa. We have rooms to suit any budget.

Our friendly staff bring your breakfast to your veranda each morning, at a time you wish (between 7-10:30am) (Maybe extra charge depending on guest booking). While away the hours by our one of our beautiful pools, either the main pool at Sama's, or your own private pool in one of our villas. Our excellent Jepun Spa, offering a range of massages and beauty treatments, is a perfect way to help you unwind. Our Spa staff are all highly trained, experienced therapists. And if you prefer some solitude, why not relax in our beautiful, quiet Meditation Bale. The choice is yours....

All room rates include free WiFi, and all rates, goods and services are subject to 10% Government Tax and 5% Service Fee.

Villas.
Villa Arindah:
Maximum occupancy: 6 guests

Infants:

Payment Policy

DEPOSIT:
For ALL bookings we require your credit card details in order to hold your booking for you. Your credit card details can be safely entered using our online credit card payment system.

PAYMENT OF BALANCE:
Full payment of total stay is payable upon check in.

For all payments we accept cash in Indonesian rupiah, US dollars and Australian dollars. Exchange rate will be determined by Sama's Cottages and Villas staff based on the local daily exchange rate, and this rate is NOT negotiable. You are also welcome to pay using Mastercard or Visa. Please note that all credit card charges incur a 3% bank surcharge, and this charge is NOT negotiable.

Cancellation Policy

WE WILL NOT CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD EXCEPT in the following instances:
Cancellation more than 3 days prior to check in: no penalty, no charge to your credit card.
Cancellation 3 days or less prior to check in, or no show: one night's nett stay per room booked will be charged to your credit card.

PLEASE NOTE: HIGH SEASON 1 July - 31 August and 20 December - 10 January inclusive: if you cancel 14-6 days prior to check in date: one night's nett fee per room booked will be charged to your credit card. If you cancel 5 days or less prior to check in or do not show, YOUR ENTIRE NETT STAY BOOKED WILL BE CHARGED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD (plus 3% bank surcharge).
