Terms & Conditions
Booking Policy
For Chalets Bookings;
-One night’s accommodation deposit required at time of booking to confirm your reservation. The balance is then due the day of arrival.
-A damage deposit of AUD 150 is required the morning of your arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
For Caravan Park;
-A 50% deposit is required at time of booking to confirm your reservation. The balance is then due the day of arrival.
Chalets - No Pets Allowed
Caravan Park - Pets allowed only with prior approval.
Payment Policy
Any late check-ins must be paid in full before arrival. If you think you will arrive after 5pm please contact us to arrange a late check-in.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
One night accommodation will be charged at the time of booking. Refunds will be given up to 48hours prior to arrival, after 48hours the deposit will be not refundable. The remaining balance will be charged on the day of arrival.
