We are committed to keeping our guests stay with us and travel to us as COVID safe as possible. Please ensure to take all safety measures available. These include-

Payment Policy
We accept cash and credit/debit card payments upon arrival. Accepted cards are Mastercard, Visa and JCB.
You'll be charged a prepayment of the total price of the reservation in the 7 days before arrival.
PLEASE NOTE THAT A 3.5% SURCHARGE IS APPLIED ON ALL CARD PAYMENTS.
We will process your payment when you arrive at Sara Resort. We do this because we are a remote island and it can take a few days to process your payment. Therefore, we start processing your payment with your credit/debit card as soon as you check in.
Please note, that the transaction may go through immediately or after a few days. Often, in times of severe weather, card transactions can take a number of days to process. For this reason, we take all payment details during the check in process.
Fee Polices:
Unfortunately we do not allow our guests to bring there own food or drinks into Sara Resort as we have a fully functioning restaurant and bar with a diverse and tasty menu. If you would like to discuss the possibility of bringing your own food or drinks and the service charges involved then please contact the property at bookings@sararesort.com
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policies:
With our standard rate, you can cancel your booking 3 days before your arrival and there will be no cancellation charge. If you cancel within 3 days, you will be charged the full amount of your stay.
For non-refundable rates, your card will be charged within 24-hour of making your booking.
All rates from 10 December to 7 February are non-refundable
All rates from 3 April to 23 April are non refundable.
